Email new users Discord invote

## Context

Currently people find the URL to join the Discord. 
I'd like people to signup via the platform to get a invite. 

## Expected Behavior

When a user signs up they get a welcome email including the invite. 

## Current Behavior

The invite url is on the homepage.
