Add Requirements and their versions in Readme.md file

I forked this repo and wanted to work on a feature but I got a module missing error. After digging around some time, I noticed that all the requirements were present in these files itself. but these weren't linked to my virtual env. so I fell it would be better if you also mention all the dependencies to the readme file so that I can install them in my interpreter and run these.
