Sort checks in API responses and documents #160
Description
The output documents (.html, .json, .md, ...) of the register should be sorted by certificate identifier, at least the ones for venues and codecheckers.
The "latest checks" should of course stay sorted by publication date.
The register.csv may be sorted in any way as it is now.
