There may be other broken links—eg #732 —but this issue is just for the charter link https://contribute.cncf.io/about/charter/ from https://contribute.cncf.io/about/.

config.toml points to a file that no longer exists:

tag-contributor-strategy/website/config.toml

That file was moved to https://github.com/cncf/toc/blob/main/tags/tag-charters/contributor-strategy.md/ along with charters from all the other TAGs.
