Reorder sidebar properly

I can't figure out the order here. From top to bottom it should be Maintainer, Projects, CNCF Community, Resources and Services, and then Events.

Not sure why the Community section is entirely missing in the sidebar?

Just following up on this — I opened PR #27 fix the sidebar navigation order and restore the missing Community section.
Kindly review when you get a chance.
