[TS] Verify generated typings in real-life scenarios

Part of #11704. Follows #11722.

• The simulation should use JS files + .d.ts files (the same that will be published in the future on npm)
• Scenarios:
  • via builds (e.g. @ckeditor/ckeditor5-build-classic + some config options, some basic API usage like setData(), getData(), …?)
  • from source code (same as with a build but use editor-* and a set of plugins, …)
  • via React, Vue, Angular integrations
  • package generator (developing a plugin)
