There are some similar functionalities regarding test runner scripts in ckeditor4-angular and ckeditor4-react projects.
For instance, a generic logger utility was introduced as part of ckeditor/ckeditor4-angular#140 task. It could be moved to this repo and used by both Angular and React integrations. Other possible candidates are: fetching list of framework versions, executing npm commands, running tests suite, CLI docs / helpers, etc.
