Missing outputLatency

that's right. It isn't supported yet since it is missing in Safari.

Unfortunately I can't think of a way to polyfill it.

A possible intermediate solution could be to explicitly allow it to be null until it gets implemented in Safari.

    outputLatency: null | number;

Would that work for your use case?

Since the MDN spec says it returns a double I'm not sure if it includes null. I'd kinda expect it to be

audioContext?.outputLatency || 0

It seems like if the output isn't detected, it shouldn't predict an additional latency.

I'd expect this property is used by adding base latency and output latency, so they should both be numbers imo.

That said, I assume you know a lot more about audiocontext and the spec than I do, so I defer to you.

This seems to be fully supported across all modern browsers.
