Add chechstyle-operewrite recipes to the project.

Use checkstyle-openrewrite recipes: https://github.com/checkstyle/checkstyle-openrewrite-recipes
on the project to AutoFix checkstyle violations.

TODO: Create a github action to pull autofix repo, build it and use jar to run AutoFix recipe during the CI.

The workaround with github actions looks good to me until we resolve checkstyle/checkstyle-openrewrite-recipes#6. But we should be careful to not break local Checkstyle build while doing this, so people who don't have autofix recipes built locally, should still be able to build Checkstyle.
