Feature Request: submenu for context menu entries and ability to choose subset of entries

Since Githubinator places quite a lot of commands into the context menu, it would be really nice if there were the option to put them into a submenu. Would also be useful if there were the option to specify for each command individually if it will be shown in the context menu.
