Lots of `ash: script: not found` errors in test logs

I'm doing a manual A/B test our packages to validate an openssl package update. While analyzing the failures, I noticed a bunch of these errors in the logs, presumably due to commit 7499c54.

@89luca89 Hey, I'm able to reproduce this with make test/arangodb-3.12 from enterprise.

I believe the problem happens because on enterprise the test will do:

before setting up the local workspace, so script won't be installed at the time.

I believe we need to have a way to only use script when actually running test commands, and not for everything.
