Tune up of View full interaction for a chat-ID

Not clear to me or to new users how to use this feature - the refresh ChatID from local storage button should be labelled as 'Display log for ChatID'
The other button should be 'Display logs for level'
Make sure to change these labels in the locales file too.

Also can be slow so it looks like it didn't work - add a message to show that it's loading
