Source required to be relative

The source dir should be absolute, like the target dir.
Currently the source dir is required to be relative, e.g.

./copy.sh "folder1" "/var/www/vhosts/site1.com"

Making the source dir absolute results in copying of entire structure, e.g.
./copy.sh "/home/admin/folder1" "/var/www/vhosts/site1.com"
results in:
installing into /var/www/vhosts/site1.com//home/admin/folder1
