databases[0].plan
Legacy Postgres plans, including 'starter', are no longer supported for new databases. Update your database instance to a new plan in your render.yaml

Render have update plan names, the render.yaml needs updating to a new plan name.

Hey , I have update the render yaml to new database plan name basic-1gb , this is storage equivalent of the previous plan
