duplicate entries for the same plugin.

I have a caddy plugin https://github.com/JasonLovesDoggo/caddy-defender with docs @ https://caddyserver.com/docs/modules/http.handlers.defender. However, the page contains a duplicate with one containing outdated info.

I would love it if the second one (the one containing the additional_ranges key) could be deleted.

Huh, that's weird, I think that might be different. Will try to do it when I have a chance.

Just confirmed it does have the same import path (taken from module docs)

So it would have to be a bug in how https://github.com/caddyserver/moduledoc updates existing entries
