Could fix the issue by adding the .nojekyll file to the output folder.

Used https://github.com/piceaTech/node-gitlab-2-github to move the project on 2019.11.16. Some errors occurred (some items skipped) but mostly everything was migrated successfully.

Find the complete export of the GL repo below. Remove .zip extension from .z* files, was required for GH upload (same as splitting into 10MB parts).
