New option to allow changing WineD3D's default OpenGL renderer to Vulkan renderer which should improve performance and compatibility by bypassing Zink.

Here's the APK.
You can test it with the official Winlator as well, it's just a registry key. Simply open Registry Editor inside the container and browse to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Wine\Direct3D and add a new string value with name renderer and value vulkan.
Note: The Vulkan renderer only works in Direct3D 10 and 11 games.

I tested it. Bad news is the program I was trying to use requires mono and currently the servers are down so I can't download it.
