Radio buttons on form view are not supported

When e.g. creating a customer, the company / individual radio buttons don't get a @data-bt-testing-model_name and @data-bt-testing-name attribute.

Merged. Your solutions works perfectly. I used it before, so I added it in the last PR I merged.
