Add newline after reporting a SKIPPED test

The reporter correctly adds a newline after SKIPPED, but reporter_junit doesn't.

Problem:

• When skipping a test, the console reporter does not add a newline after printing SKIPPED.

Solution:

• Adding a newline after printing SKIPPED.
