[Bug]: OmitEmptyPsk is a invalid config

Issue description

&tls.UtlsPreSharedKeyExtension{OmitEmptyPsk: false}

No matter how I modify this configuration item, the result seems to remain unchanged. I noticed a comment indicating that it has been deprecated, but unfortunately, I couldn't find any place to configure it.

Steps to reproduce / Code Sample

Modify the profile with PSK extension and then visit the website for the first time, expect it to carry an empty psk extension

Hello @CDU-Ge thank you for opening the issue.
I need to rebase my utls fork on the original utls repo as there is the OmitEmptyPsk Option on the extension already removed.
