wpt-error-report

This repo contains the results of research into broken test files in the web platform tests test suite that cause test results to be inconsistent.

wptd/testruns-index.json does not contain the latest web platform tests run, so we're maintaining our own here to generate our data from. See GoogleChrome/wptdashboard/issues/104 to track progress on this.
