Several improvements in Look and Feel

1. Scroll behaviour is made smooth, now tapping on jump-links results in a smooth transition.
2. Nav links changed to uppercase for better readability.
3. Social icons scale up on hover.
4. Down arrow bobs up, telling the user to scroll down.
5. Modern look provided to cards in Experience and Education using box-shadow.
6. Project boxes height decrease cus it was way too tall.
7. Project link anchor tags made more attractive looking by making them like buttons.
8. Contact me input placeholders changed from grey to white, to provide better contrast and legibility.
