Let users easily set magnitude of zoom/focus controls

The Zoom/Focus commands deserve their "speed" control.

The "speed" here is the magnitude of the value sent, which today is fixed at 1.0 in the zoom/focus commands.

For this to work properly, the vehicle firmware needs to be updated (@Williangalvani is yet to release a compliant version).
