Mission planning is leaving the survey polygons behind when clearing the mission

Bug description

When clicking the "clear current mission" button, if the mission had one or more surveys, the survey polygons are left behind on the map.

Steps to reproduce

1. Create a mission with a survey
2. Click "clear current mission"
