* Increase timeout time in fetch available firmwares since copter is taking more than previous 10s timeout * Increase timeout in other firmware and board related infos gets from ardupilot-manager
* Migrate firmware/board/vehicle info and type requests that run periodically to use OneMoreTime
* Add cache in get_available_versions and get_download_url to reduce time in repeated calls since these operations can be slow
