Visio Error #2200

Getting this error loading several stencils via the Shapes panel.

OS: Windows 11 Enterprise
Version: 10.0.22631 Build 22631
Visio Version: Visio 2016 Standard Build 16.0.18827.20102 64 Bit

Method to recreate:

1. Download the .zip from github
2. Unzip the .zip file
3. Move stencils to MyShapes folder
4. Open Visio, open Shapes panel
5. Select a downloaded stencil (More Shapes > My Shapes > IT Generic > Network 2D Flat)
6. Error message pop-up

Note: This method to reproduce the error will work with some stencils, and other stencils will load properly. Seems to be roughly 40% of stencils have this error.

Resolution attempts:

1. Closing and restarting Visio (Error persists on stencil loading from Shapes panel)
2. Restarting the PC, opening Visio to a new blank drawing (Error persists on stencil loading from Shapes panel)
3. Opening the offending stencil from Windows Explorer (Opens the stencil in Visio in a new window, successful) and dragging stencils across windows to an already open Visio diagram (successful), then attempting to load that stencil into the drawing via the Shapes panel (error)
4. Changing drawing units (both Metric vs US blank drawings) (Error persists on stencil loading from Shapes panel)
