Display in the Member History Page when someone is added as an additional member and has more than 1 role

Description:
Now it is possible to add PO, TLs or EA (for Public Cloud) and duplicate users to Additional Team Members. This causes a problem with Member Logs on History page.
We need to display on the History Page when a user is added to more than 1 role.
