Event handling (e.g. click on decorations of decorated feature) #44

Hi!
Is there any possibility to add event handlers to the decorations of a feature? In my case a popup will open if you click on the feature. If you click on a decoration (in my case markers) nothing happens. For me it would be sufficient if the event just gets promoted to the decorated feature. I wouldn't mind if I needed to add additional event handlers to the decorations.
