problem with Windows 11 version 24H2

i had to reinstall my system (Windows 10) and i choose the last Windows 11 build
i can't launch programs with admin rights : right click + run as administrator
i have an error message : "can't find xxxx.exe, verify name and retry"
i have this message only for .exe files stored on a cppcryptfs volume

i can launch them with : shift + right click + Run as different user
i'm used to the first method since i just have to write the password

can someone replicate this issue ?
