Fix profile dropdown accessibility #1
Description
Profile dropdown and the items within it should be accessible via the keyboard.
A user should be able to tab to the profile element, see it focused, use enter or space to open the menu, tab through and see focus on the items within and navigate to one of them.
Close with escape.
Probably needs another element to contain it that applies the active state nicely so that the profile itself can be an <a href=""></a> tag. Contents still need to be scoped within something for styling to work right. JS toggle will need some extra conditions.
