In addition:
When a creature is close to him, Budd begins to follow it.
If the creature dies, Budd does not follow you, unless you use the ‘stay’ and ‘follow’ commands in sequence to debug him.
"Budd's attention span" buff does not vanish if Budd dies or if you dismiss him.
If you talk to Budd inside his tent (in case you have dismissed him before or if he has died), "Budd's attention span" buff does not update.

Expected Blizzlike Behaviour

Budd should have to stun the mob before you can use the cage as suggested in the tooltip

Steps to reproduce the problem

1. .quest add 11984
2. .go c id 26422
3. Talk to him
4. Go to questing zone
5. Aggro a Dakkari Shaman or warrior
6. Use the cage (it will complete)
7. Try to attack mobs with Budd. He does nothing
