Description
Current Behaviour
Knight Commander Plaguefist, the Death Knights near the Chapel of the Crimson Flame, the Scarlet Inquisitors and the prisoners that must be killed during the quest A Special Surprise can be seen since the beginning of phase 4.
Expected Blizzlike Behaviour
These npcs probably cannot be seen unless the player doesn't deliver the quest The Path of the Righteous Crusader or Bloody Breakout (I don't remember which of these two quests unlock A Cry for Vengeance).
