[Bug] New chapters in your library shows up as new series

• Tachiyomi version: v8.8.0-AZ
• Android version: 14
• Device: Oneplus7pro

Steps to reproduce

1. Add a series to your library and note that it becomes grayscale
2. Mark the chapter as read in the library
3. Wait for a new chapter to be added to the site
4. Find the series in the Sources tab again and note that it is no longer grayscale
5. Add it back into your Library so that it is grayscale
6. Series is back in Libaray as unread, if you open it, it gets automarked as read
7. Jump to Step 4 and the loop continues

Expected behavior

I expect new chapters in my library to stay marked in the Sources tab

Actual behavior

See the steps above. Guessing new and old versions of the series are both in my Library and only the latter one is shown.

Other details

TachiyomiSY gets around this issue by warning you that the series is already in your library in Step 5 and asking if you want to replace it.
I only use Sad Panda and don't really use other sources. I add all Mangas that I have read into the library so I can easily see which ones I have already read as the ones in the library have grayscaled thumbnails.

I guess I wasn't too clear. If a new chapter is added to EXH, then the Library sees it as a completely new series but if you open the details page, TachiyomiAZ realizes it has already been read so it marks it as read but then EXH thinks it is a new series again so it removed the greyscale from the PFP and the cycle repeats.
