IMDSv2 compat - aws-sdk-go v1.33.0

• Issue: IAM role credentials not working if EC2 IMDSv2 session tokens 'required' #215
• Updates aws-sdk-go using go get -u ... to the most recent release. This also pulls in an updated go-jmespath.
• NOTE:

  This does include some unwanted changes - writes the version of `go` used into the `go.mod` file.
  This also wrote some changes to `vendor/modules.txt`

@samuelkarp - There is some changes here you may not want.

1. go version in the go.mod file
2. some ## explicit comments in the vendor/modules.txt file

I'm going to merge #240 to upgrade the SDK to 1.35.x. This will fix the IMDSv2 issue as well.
