Response Streaming Support

Will the RIC here need an update to support response streaming? I noticed the latest Node RIC did:

• aws-lambda-ric 3.0.0 release aws-lambda-nodejs-runtime-interface-client#70

Hi @metaskills, thanks for reaching out and very sorry about the delay.
Supporting streaming for Ruby in this package is not in our current roadmap, but this is supported by the Web Adapter.
