test(region-info): integ test to ensure region info works as expected

Describe the feature

We recently received issue #34690, which prevented users from using @aws-cdk/region-info at all. We would like to prevent pushing code that results in regressions like this.

Use Case

Customers are frustrated when their code fails.

Proposed Solution

Integration test that can follow/extend the customer's example code in #34690.
