DellDisplayAndPeripheralManager.download.recipe.yaml references URL that has stale version

No issue with the recipe, but the referenced URL https://www.delldisplaymanagermac.com lists 2.0.0.0015 as the latest version, but 2.1.0.0016 is the latest according to https://www.dell.com/support/product-details/en-us/product/dell-display-peripheral-manager/drivers

There is no contact information on the referenced domain, so I emailed 5758d4b6-fb2f-466e-9664-76a44db684f4@identity-protect.org, which was the address in the WHOIS to see if it can be updated.

No reason to keep this open since the issue isn't with your recipe necessarily!

If that URL does get updated, the first line of "expected_authority_names:" should be changed to:
- "Developer ID Installer: Qisda Corp. (76K5J93FY6)"

I tested that out by manually downloading from Dell and running with the autopkg -p option against the 2.1.0.0016 version from Dell.
