Sqrt and frac have displacement rendering issue on Safari when zooming out #2929

Describe
There is a rendering issue with sqrt and fraction on Safari, which occurs if the user uses the "zoom out" at least twice.
Reproduce:
Use CMD+Minus to zoom out the page 1-2 times, or more. This will offset and crop the fraction at the top.
