[Feature Request]: Improve project/environment/git branch selection design

What would you like to happen?

• Position at the bottom of HopGui
• Allow the addition of @GuiMenuElement
• Add a way to rename git branch
• Add icon to the project and environment dialog
• Avoid selecting an environment linked to another project
