Suppress .001 extension on single part archive #1587

Is there a way to tell Keka not to add the .001 extension to a single-part archive? I am running Keka Version 1.4.7 (5557) on a Mac M3 / OSX 15.3.1 Thanks! |

Hi @chrisl64squares, without those extensions the files will not be extracted. Why do you need that? |

Sorry, what I meant was when an archive is comprised of only one file (if it falls under the size limit setting), then there is no need for the .001 -- it seems like it should just be .7z or whatever. I see that this does happen if I close the Keka settings, but perhaps it should always be how it works when the archive is complete in one file in any case? |
