CLI commands don't update the TUI Playback display #858

Describe the bug
When I simultaneously open the TUI in one window and then control playback using a different terminal window, the TUI display does not display the new track that is being played, instead it still displays the last song selected using the TUI.
To Reproduce
Open two terminal windows, one with the TUI, one blank. First play a track in the TUI window, then play a different track from the empty terminal window with a command such as spotify_player playback start track --name "basket case".
Expected behaviour
The TUI will not change to reflect the changed track playback status.
