Custom filename support. Support to rename index.html to custom filename

Currently there is no support for giving target filename. We have froze down the name to index.html we can give support of custom filename those who want. And by default it will be index.html.

Hello, I tried with the newest published npm version of spectaql (i.e. v3.0.4) and I added spectaql.targetFile into the used config.yaml e.g.:

spectaql:
  targetDir: generated-graphql-docs
  targetFile: test.html

And I got spectaql to generate the docs into the given targetDir and with the index file being test.html instead of the default index.html.

Maybe it's just undocumented feature as the targetFile option is not mentioned in the config.yaml example file currently. Although the README does point to it by saying:
