Is there any way to combine 1 model from different providers into one?

I was wondering if you could combine multiple providers into 1 model

like I have Claude sonnet 4.5 on Claude , GitHub copilot , google

is there a way to combine them into 1

so when 1 fails it switches to the next one etc?

they all have an separate limit so I have to switch all the time and adjust my subagents
