Add Links for Shared addons,decks, and decks Page

Apologies if this isn’t the right place to ask. A comment on your Reddit post suggested adding the links for shared add-ons and decks on the new website:

• Shared Add-ons
• Shared Decks

I also think it would be helpful to include a link to the decks page and possibly improve its UI (at the very least, making the decks shrinkable).

I personally don't see there being much value in doing so, as you need to be using one of the downloadable clients to actually download an add-on or import a deck. But it's not the first time it's been requested, so maybe I'm in the minority here.

While that’s true, as far as I can tell, the only page that directly links to the shared decks and add-ons is this one, which only seems to open if you’re logged in. Anyone browsing the site without an account (or looking for shared add-ons and decks through official links) might have a harder time finding them.
