PR Description

Remove support for obsoleted evaluation boards
Both boards fmcomms1 and fmcomms6 retired a long time ago.

Always nice to see some removals! I would still ask to split the commits:

  1. ARM: dts: xilinx: ...
  2. ARM: configs: ...
  3. microblaze: dts: ...
  4. firmware: ...

I know that for stuff like this it's a bit annoying to split the commits but it's still valuable for consistency (and this is what we're asked upstream)
