API wont UPDATE the PRICE - only the QUANTITY!?

Hi there,

we used this tutorial here:
https://developer-docs.amazon.com/sp-api/docs/listing-workflow-migration-tutorial#migrating-flat-file-feeds-workflows

• our JSON file upload is accepted without any errors by Amazon
• the "process summary" shows the article name etc. and no issues
• the article quantity is updated
• the article price is not!?

Second issue:

• in case there is a minimum and maximum price the system WONT accept a new minimum price in case this price is ABOVE the new article price if we changed the article price via the old CSV upload

Anyone else with this issue!?

Hi @Hisky,

When you submit updates with Listings APIs or JSON_LISTINGS_FEED, issues can occur on listings items during submission or during asynchronous processing after data is accepted.

With the JSON feeds specifically, in order to retrieve all the errors within the JSON processing report, you need to specify includedData[0].issues in the feed header.

Refer to the guidance here to create or update listings in bulk. In addition, refer to the Postman collection for step-by-step guidance on submitting listings using JSON Feeds.

If you do not pass this in the header, you will need to rely on other mechanisms to retrieve the list of all issues.
You can use getListingsItem or searchListingsItems operations to retrieve the list of issues by sku. Refer here to learn more: Handle listings item issues.

For the second issue, please submit a ticket with the developer support team as we need more details such as the SKU and seller details.

Thanks for the hint.

We already had the report activated to see whats the issue....but there are no issues.

I changed the upload from synchronous to asynchronous for testing...same result.

Example:

But the API wont adjust the article price, set the minimum_seller_price or maximum_seller_price even if there is no value at the moment.

So...no issues but no sucess. :(
