client side circular refs

What do you guys do about the circular refs client side? I'm working on a script to make the javascript objects look just like the java objects in memory. Also need to remove those circular refs before calling JSON.stringify

YaGson only works on Java, so detects circular refs only in Java objects.
However, one can use JS code to skip or replace circular refs in JS object, see this StackOverflow question for example: https://stackoverflow.com/questions/9382167/serializing-object-that-contains-cyclic-object-value
