One thing I realized is that this could potentially be a backwards-incompatible change, so it might warrant a warning or something in the changelogs. |

Currently
StateSchema.undictify()is the only such method in the repo (out of 28 definitions) which does not return an AlgoSDK object.This PR addresses this discrepancy.
