Tealdbg - Allow edit of contract source

## Problem

If I'm running tealdbg with a buggy teal contract, I'd like to quickly tweak it and re-evaluate the output with the same parameters already specified in the dryrun file passed to tealdbg.

## Solution

Allow the source file to be editable and make tealdbg evaluate the new version on subsequent runs
