Delete KMD wallet

Problem

Had a number of people in discord ask how to delete a wallet with goal. I don't see any REST endpoints in KMD that would support this, I think folks have just been deleting the files and fields associated with the wallet they want to delete.

This may have been omitted intentionally to prevent accidental wallet deletion
